What is channeling, exactly?

Channeling is the practice of tuning into your Higher Self, your intuition, and the guidance available to you. It’s about keeping your innate power instead of giving it away- learning how to recognize what is already moving through you with clarity, discernment, and trust.

Do I need special gifts to take Awaken the Channel?

No. Channeling is a skill—not a rare gift. Jess has been teaching channeling for more than 12 years, giving guidance for 15, and has helped thousands of people recognize, strengthen, and trust what was already within them.You do not need to be a medium, want to give readings, or consider yourself especially “woo-woo” to take Awaken the Channel. ATC is for anyone who wants to receive clearer internal guidance, strengthen their discernment, and stop second-guessing what they know.

What’s the difference between Awaken the Channel and Awaken the Medium?

Awaken the Channel focuses on connecting with your Higher Self. Awaken the Medium focuses specifically on connecting with loved ones who have crossed over — with evidence, clarity, and proper technique.

Do you offer sessions in person or online?

Both. Jess offers sessions in person in Omaha, Nebraska, and around the world as she travels and by phone and on Zoom. Classes and events are available both in-person and online.

Where do I start if I’m brand new?

Start with the Spirit Connection Starter Kit or 14 Days to Internal Authority. From there, Awaken the Channel is the natural next step if you want to go deeper.

What does the course actually look like week to week?

Awaken the Channel runs six weeks, built around weekly training modules plus six live group Zoom sessions for real-time coaching and practice — not a self-paced library you forget about. You also get guided meditations, journal prompts, and a private support space to ask questions between sessions. Everything comes with lifetime access, so nothing disappears once the six weeks end.
